Gabriel Project

The Gabriel Project, Montgomery County Cluster, is a pro-life ministry for pregnant mothers and their families.  This ministry is an outreach program to local pregnant mothers and their families before and after their babies are born, as long as help is needed.  Volunteers, known as Angel Friends, provide spiritual, emotional and material support to the pregnant mothers, in conjunction with the resources of the Project and partner organizations.  Holy Redeemer Parish assists the Gabriel Project in many ways.  Many of our parishioners are Angel Friends and prayer supporters.  Fund-raising efforts, such as the annual Lenten Drive and Bottle Drive, are generously supported by parishioners.  If you are interested in becoming a volunteer or prayer supporter of this worthwhile pro-life ministry, please contact Deirdre Whitty at or 301-946-1243.
